About the project

West Broad is poised to become the center of commercial activity in Savannah’s rapidly emerging Westside. Located on MLK Boulevard, West Broad also offers frontage on Charlton and West Jones streets. Previously known to all locals as the “Thrifty Building”, West Broad is undergoing revitalization to bring new life into this 55,000 sf complex.
